Shipping conditions
We deliver within Germany and to the following countries:
Country zone EU 1: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
Country zone EU 2: Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
Country zone EU 3: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.50 per order.
From an order value of € 20.00 onwards, we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Country zone EU 1: EUR 14.50 (free shipping from EUR 75.00)
Country zone EU 2: EUR 14.50 (free shipping from EUR 75.00)
Country zone EU 3: EUR 14.50 (free shipping from EUR 75.00)

Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Terms of payment

For deliveries in Germany (Germany) and abroad you have the following payment options:
- Payment with credit card
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment in advance
- Payment by immediate transfer (KLARNA)
- Payment by debit card

Further payment details:
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the contract is concluded.
